06/1/1990: See you soon!

Hart Academy is proudly hosting our annual teaching conference to invite prime educators from all over the country to discuss the future development of educational institutions. The main goal of these conferences is to allow the best minds in the field to converge and discuss how to improve the development of students into the productive minds of the future. Hart is dedicated to building up our pupils into the leaders of tomorrow, and together with our associates, each year we come a little closer to achieving this goal. We will host over 100 teachers, private educators, tutors, principals and school board members in our auditorium to celebrate the recent progress of our students, innovative new teaching methods and how we can continue bettering all across the country to better our students’ development.

Hart Academy was listed the #1 secondary institution in Ontario and 4th overall in North America. Next year, let’s aim for 3rd place! We can only keep climbing the ranks!

04/23/1989: Doing Extra(curriculars)

Introducing the brand new “Animal Domestication Research Club!” As part of our many extracurricular ventures, staff and board members at Hart Academy have recently created the ADRC - meant to give PASD students the opportunity to continue working on their domestication research outside of strict class schedules. Have some fun, play around with new ideas and never stop advancing your development.

All members of PASD are automatically enrolled in the club and expected to regularly attend daily meetings and provide weekly progress reports for the club in accordance with their studies. Every pupil proven to dedicate their time and efforts to this extra commitment will be rewarded with additional GPA points and potential prize packs at the end of each term. Students who repeatedly miss meetings may face serious consequences.

Whatever the case may be, we hope students have fun at the highly anticipated ADRC! First meeting will be held next week.

12/3/1998:
Updates and Pivot Plans

We here at Hart Academy believe in the utmost importance of transparency, honesty and communication with our supporters, funders and community. This is why, we are announcing that effective immediately, our most recent research project (involving both students and faculty) is being annulled after three (3) years of progress in order to focus on our more productive educational initiatives. We understand the concerns of our community that the project itself was not rooted in the school’s mission statement and was taking away time out of student’s schedules for laborious purposes. Hart Academy would never exploit or expose our students to any of the abuses of the working world. We of course always aim to advance student development and gear them for successful university careers and beyond, but this is all done without putting our students to work for the academy’s profit. Although we have yet to break our firm stance on these issues, we understand that the public does not always see eye to eye with the way our institution operates. Allegations of mistreatment, undisclosed research practices and involvement of non-PASD students are completely unfounded, but do clearly illustrate the lack of faith with which Hart Academy’s supporters and community usually grace us with. That being said, the decision was made to follow the demands addressed at our institution. With the cooperation and consent of all involved parties, we have officially halted all research and resumed regular class functions. Thank you for your understanding.
